I put my house up for sale on DuProprorio.com, and in six months I had 5 open houses, 3 visits, 2 price drops, and zero offers. In the first week alone I nine visits, and at the end of the first week I had an offer on the table. Ted walked me through the negotiations, and was always available when I needed to talk to him. I ended up getting a price I was more than happy with, and his after-sale service was complete, even weeks and months later when questions came up, he always had an immediate answer or suggestion. I wouldn't dream of calling any other agent for my future real estate needs. Absolutely recommended to friends, families, and anyone motivated to sell their property, or buy something new.
